Terms

Last updated November 5, 2026

These terms cover the Moneyflow website and the free weekday email. By subscribing or reading, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not subscribe.

What Moneyflow is

Moneyflow is an editorial mailing list on global markets and money: equities, rates, currencies, companies, deals, and the macro that moves them. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, exchange, underwriter, or funding portal. It is not affiliated with any issuer, exchange, or syndicate. Subscribing does not open an account and does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or client relationship.

Not advice, and not an offer

Nothing in the brief or on this site is investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Issuers, ranges, dates, and market figures can be wrong, revised, delayed, or withdrawn. Past commentary is not a record of performance. Markets can involve a total loss of capital. You are responsible for your own decisions, and for checking primary sources before you rely on anything you read.

The letter

The brief is sent on weekday mornings. It covers the session that closed and the one ahead. Delivery times are a target, not a guarantee, and the letter does not promise a local clock in every city. A holiday on one exchange does not by itself cancel the letter. Mail can be late, filtered, or lost. The editorial sequence described on the homepage can change. Commercial messages, if any are ever included, will be labeled and will not be presented as the editorial lead.

Your address

The form on this site confirms a submission in the browser. It does not transmit or store the email address. The privacy policy describes what the host may still log.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site in order to build a competing mailing list, resell the letter, or misrepresent it as your own research. Quoting a short passage with credit, for ordinary commentary, is fine.

Intellectual property

The name Moneyflow, the site, and the text of the brief belong to the publisher. Primary documents the letter cites, including filings, exchange notices, and official statistics, belong to their authors.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and the brief are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, the publisher disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for lost profits, trading losses, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the site or the letter. Some states do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where the publisher has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

Changes

The date at the top will change when these terms change. Continuing to subscribe after an updated date means you accept the revised terms. If you do not, unsubscribe.
